Internship - HR Talent Acquisition
Are you a recent graduate with excellent organizational skills and an interest in the financial industry, looking for an exciting internship in HR? Then our Talent Acquisition team responsible for Recruiting and Employer Branding wants to hear from you! We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department for a 6-months internship. You will be providing hands-on Employer Branding and Recruiting support to help drive our international Talent Acquisition strategy to the next level. The role will be based out of our Zürich office and you will also be working closely with our internal and external partners.
- Together with our Employer Branding team you will organize different HR-events where SIX will be present (e.g. university events)
- Support in creating strategic marketing material (presentations, blogs, intranet pages, fact sheets etc.) according to the Talent Acquisition strategy
- Assist in or directly lead Talent Acquisition projects
- Ad hoc support for the Talent Acquisition team
- First experience in Employer Branding/Recruiting or Marketing/Communications with recently completed university education or specific training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills, with an ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
